SPIRAL. share new single “Pedro”
SPIRAL., the new project from Texas songwriter Jade Parx, has released its debut single, “Pedro,” now available on all major streaming platforms. Recorded at Red Cent Studio in Austin and produced by Craig Kierce alongside SPIRAL., the track introduces a project rooted firmly in the city’s collaborative, genre-blurring music scene.
“Pedro” channels the loose, melodic indie rock spirit of the ’90s, drawing clear influence from bands like Pavement and Built to Spill while maintaining a distinctly personal voice. Built on fuzzy guitars, unguarded vocals, and a sense of unforced momentum, the song feels both immediate and lived-in—an understated first statement from a project with plenty of room to grow.
Jade Parx is an active presence in the Austin music community, performing regularly around town in several bands while developing SPIRAL. as an outlet for her own songwriting. This debut single marks the first official release under the SPIRAL. name and sets the tone for what’s to come.
“Pedro” is available now on Spotify, Apple Music, and all other streaming platforms.
